The goals of the summer program are to allow students a chance to either recover deficient credit or earn extra credit. Students who are applying for this program must first receive approval from their school counselor.

West Lane Technical Learning Center (WLTLC) is a public online charter high school located in Elmira, OR. WLTLC combines the independence of a self-directed online education with individualized support for students. Our program maintains an open, accessible computer lab with highly qualified teachers available throughout the school day. Teachers monitor student progress on a daily basis.In addition, WLTLC supports an automotive and electric vehicle program for students wanting hands-on learning activities.
